Ценности и когнитивная рефлексия: проверка гипотезы о социальной эвристике

В статье исследованы взаимосвязи ценностей (просоциальных и эгоистических) и склонности к рефлексивной/интуитивной обработке информации в юношеском возрасте. Основная цель исследования — проверка гипотезы о социальной эвристике, которая гласит о том, что рефлексия благоприятствует эгоизму, а интуиция связана с просоциальным поведением и сотрудничеством. Первая гипотеза: дефициты когнитивной рефлексии будут сопровождаться большим выбором ценностей заботы о людях и сохранения и меньшим выбором ценностей самоутверждения и открытости изменениям. Вторая гипотеза: дефициты когнитивной рефлексии связаны с просоциальными копинг-стратегиями. Третья гипотеза: позитивный просоциальный опыт, проявляющийся в предпочтении просоциальных копинг-стратегий, является фактором усиления положительных взаимосвязей просоциальных ценностей и интуитивного способа решения задач. Методологическую основу исследования составила теория дуального процесса мышления и теория базовых ценностей Ш. Шварца. В исследовании приняли участие 85 респондентов женского пола в возрасте от 17 до 25 лет (M = 19,1; SD = 0,96), обучающиеся в Пермском государственном гуманитарно-педагогическом университете. Тестовая тетрадь респондента содержала три психодиагностических методики: тест когнитивной рефлексии (CRT-7 М. Топлак, Р. Вест, К. Станович в адаптации А.А. Вихмана), портретный ценностный опросник (Portrait Values Questionnaire – Revised, PVQ-R в адаптации Ш. Шварца, Т.П. Бутенко, Д.С. Седовой, А.С. Липатовой), а также опросник способов копинга (WCQ) на основе теории Р. Лазаруса и С. Фолкман, адаптированный на русский язык Е.В. Битюцкой. Корреляционный анализ выявил ограниченный набор достоверных связей когнитивной рефлексии (CRT-r), интуитивных ошибок (CRT-i) и ценностей просоциального плана, что в целом поддерживает гипотезу о социальной эвристике. Склонность при решении задач генерировать первый пришедший в голову интуитивный и неверный ответ связана с наличием выраженности ценностных ориентаций конформизма (r = 0,284; p < 0,01), традиций (r = 0,273; p < 0,01) и доброты (r = 0,245; p < 0,05). Единственная статистически достоверная положительная корреляционная связь между дефицитами когнитивной рефлексии (доля интуитивных ошибок в тесте CRT) с типами совладающего поведения обнаружена в случае с просоциальным копингом (r = 0,199; p < 0,05). Вместе с тем в группе респондентов с выраженным совладающим поведением, ориентированным на запрос помощи у окружения, фиксируются многочисленные связи просоциальных ценностей и интуитивных ошибок. В свою очередь, в группе девушек со сниженным просоциальным копингом нет ни одной достоверной корреляционной связи между ценностями и рефлексивными/интуитивными способами решения задач с интуитивными ловушками. По итогам исследования гипотезы эмпирически подтверждаются, что дает основание полагать о верности гипотезы о социальной эвристике. Интересно, что сформированный просоциальный копинг усиливает связь просоциальных ценностей и проявление интуитивного стиля решения когнитивных задач.Библиографические ссылки
