URBAN COMMUNICATION STUDIES: FORMS AND LINGUISTIC EXPRESSION (BASED ON THE COMMUNICATIVE PRACTICES OF VOLGOGRAD)

Abstract

The article deals with the study of urban communication as a new direction of linguistic research. Directions for the analysis of verbal and nonverbal manifestations of the language of the big city are offered. Inscriptions in city taxis are analyzed from the point of view of language games, instructional component, speech aggression.
