Abstract

This article aims to analyse favourable factors to conclusion of the international framework agreements in industrial relations. It focuses on different institutional contexts of negotiation of agreements looking at the cases of German (Daimler AG) and Russian (Lukoil) companies. This research is carried out in qualitative tradition using case-study approach.
