Analysis of the manifestation of mythological truth in political images

In the context of current political processes, political mythology appears to be a highly relevant topic for analysis. Myth is a symbolic expression of real events, and it is important to consider how truth is present in political mythology, how it is transmitted through myth in different periods of history, and to define criteria for truth in mythological knowledge. Truth plays a decisive role in the perception of reality. The study focuses on how the concepts of truth and mythology are connected and how truth is present in modern political mythology. The central research problems include an analysis of the concept of truth in the structure of mythological knowledge, the establishing of truth in myth, and the applicability of the concept of truth to archaic and modern political myths. The main purpose of the article is to analyze the possibility of investigating truth from the standpoint of mythology, to study the social context of myths of different time periods in order to identify general conditions for the formation of mythological images and for the functioning of mythological constructs. The main methods employed are the basic dialectical methods: the method of unity of the historical and logical, the method of philosophical ascent from the abstract to concrete. The study also used theoretical analysis, classification, generalization, general scientific methods: descriptive and explanatory methods, system analysis and comparison. The concept of the existence of different types of myths will further allow for a more detailed study into the structure of the functioning of political reality and public consciousness. The result of the analysis is the classification of criteria of truth, the study of logic in mythical thinking, the identification of the problem of truth in mythology using the example of ancient Greek ethnic groups, and understanding of the practical meaning of truth at the present stage in political myths.References
