Статья посвящена пилотажному исследованию эффективности использования чат-бота DeepSeek в качестве инструмента психологического сопровождения при переживании значимых жизненных событий. Актуальность исследования обусловлена растущей потребностью в доступных инструментах психологической помощи. В исследовании приняли участие 64 респондента, распределенных на экспериментальную (39 чел.) и контрольную (25 чел.) группы. Использовался квазиэкспериментальный план с измерениями до и после 4-недельного вмешательства. Участники экспериментальной группы взаимодействовали с чат-ботом DeepSeek. Участники контрольной группы получали психологическое информирование. Для оценки эффективности вмешательства использовались стандартизированные методики: шкала оценки пережитых значимых событий (SRRS); шкала депрессии, тревоги, стресса (DASS-21); шкала удовлетворенности жизнью (SWLS); шкала субъективного одиночества (UCLA). Результаты анализа значимых жизненных событий, пережитых участниками исследования за последний год, продемонстрировали сходство структуры доминирующих стрессоров в экспериментальной и контрольной группах. Для обработки данных количественного исследования использовались методы описательной статистики, тест Шапиро – Уилка, критерий Левене, t-критерий Стьюдента. Субъективный опыт пользователей чат-бота DeepSeek исследовался с помощью качественного анализа рефлексивных отчетов. Результаты количественного анализа подтвердили положительную динамику исследуемых показателей в экспериментальной группе, включая снижение депрессивной симптоматики (p =0.041), показателей стресса (p <0.001), уровня тревожности (p =0.025) и субъективного одиночества (p <0.001), повышение уровня удовлетворенности жизнью (p<0.001). Качественный анализ выявил основные причины обращений за психологической поддержкой, подтвердил, что чат-бот эффективен как инструмент ситуативной поддержки. Однако его возможности ограничены при работе с интенсивными аффективными состояниями. Сделан вывод о том, что чат-бот DeepSeek может рассматриваться как дополнительный инструмент в системе психологического сопровождения, особенно в условиях ограниченной доступности услуг специалиста. Сформулированы ограничения данного исследования. Определены перспективы дальнейших исследований, связанные с изучением долгосрочных эффектов и оптимизацией диалоговых алгоритмов.Библиографические ссылки
