Мотивация участия родителей в деятельности детских общественных организаций на примере скаутского отряда : Социология

Аннотация

При изучении практик добровольной помощи необходимо учитывать как мотивацию разных категорий волонтеров, так и особенности организаций, которые являются бенефициарами этой помощи. Исследование, представленное в настоящей статье, фокусируется на участии родителей в деятельности скаутской организации. На ресурсы, исходящие от родителей, рассчитывают разные формальные и неформальные детские организации и учреждения. Гипотеза настоящего исследования состояла в том, что установка на помощь со стороны родителей скаутскому отряду опирается на интеграционное замыкание, под которым понимается система значимых для них взаимоотношений внутри сообщества. Эмпирическая база исследовательского кейса скаутского отряда «Лесные коты» из Ижевска опирается на данные групповых интервью и опроса (n = 91). Тип мероприятий скаутского отряда (приключения, походы, соревнования) способствует вовлечению родителей и других членов семьи. Привлечение родителей к помощи во время мероприятий приводит к появлению устойчивого сообщества, в котором родители хорошо знают друг друга и детей. При поддержке членов сообщества потенциальные волонтеры переходят к проведению регулярных занятий с группами скаутов. По материалам опроса, родители демонстрируют типичную мотивацию относительно волонтерской работы с преобладанием ценностей причастности к общему делу и стремлением к деятельности, объединяющей семью. Трудности, о которых сообщают респонденты, связаны с ресурсными ограничениями: недостатком времени и неуверенностью в своих умениях и навыках. При этом родители, имеющие опыт добровольческой помощи, сообщили о сложившейся установке на взаимную поддержку внутри родительского сообщества.
