Взаимосвязь эмоционального интеллекта и применения цифровых технологий: обзор современных исследований : СВЕТ И ТЕНИ ЦИФРОВОЙ РЕАЛЬНОСТИ (Тематический выпуск)

Аннотация

В современной социальной ситуации транслируется обеспокоенность характером влияния цифровизации на эмоциональную сферу личности, которое в психологической науке изучено недостаточно. Статья носит обзорный характер и посвящена проблеме взаимосвязи эмоционального интеллекта и применения цифровых технологий. Цель статьи — обобщить результаты современных исследований данной взаимосвязи. Для достижения цели осуществлен анализ 35 полнотекстовых версий статей, описывающих взаимосвязь эмоционального интеллекта и применения цифровых технологий, опубликованных в 2018–2023 гг., из которых 15 — отечественных, и 20 — зарубежных. Анализ результатов проведенных исследований сделан с опорой на культурно-исторический подход. Выделены отрасли психологии, в рамках которых ставится исследовательская проблема взаимосвязи эмоционального интеллекта и применения цифровых технологий: педагогическая психология, киберпсихология, психология здоровья и психотерапия. Анализа результатов исследований подтвердил наличие взаимосвязи эмоционального интеллекта и применения цифровых технологий. Применение цифровых технологий способствует развитию эмоционального интеллекта. Трансляция негативного влияния цифровых технологий на развитие эмоционального интеллекта детей и подростков не получила полного эмпирического подтверждения. Установлена роль эмоционального общения с родителями при совместном просмотре цифрового контента. Эмоциональный интеллект способствует продуктивному взаимодействию на онлайн-платформах. Негативный характер носит взаимосвязь эмоционального интеллекта и видеоигр. Существуют разные стратегии применения информационно-коммуникационных технологий для эмоциональной регуляции: положительные и отрицательные. Подтверждено восприятие дистанционного взаимодействия с психотерапевтом как эмпатийного. В обсуждении предпринята попытка обобщить основные аспекты взаимосвязи эмоционального интеллекта и применения цифровых технологий, описаны ограничения проведенного обзора. Сделан вывод о неоднозначном характере взаимосвязи эмоционального интеллекта и применения цифровых технологий. Взаимосвязь носит положительный характер в процессе обучения, общения, управления эмоциями и при построении терапевтических отношений. Отрицательный характер проявляется при взаимодействии с цифровым контентном и в ходе игровой деятельности. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы в актуальных отраслях психологической науки и в психологических практиках.
