Abstract

The structure and features of style of pedagogical activity of teachers of initial classes are considered in the article, as well as the structure of style of educational activity of their pupils. By example of elementary school the new approach to research of style of activity — influence of style of activity of the teacher on features of style of activity and individuality of his pupils — is considered. Presence of two aspects of metaeffect of style of activity of teachers is proved. The first aspect concerns directly the characteristics of activity of pupils style, the second relates totheir individualities characteristics.
