Abstract

The article deals with representation of psychological problems in N. Pezeshkian’s works. Method of research is theoretical analysis of literature. Although the term «psychological problem» in N. Pezeshkian’s researches isn’t used, nevertheless, he points to experiences of the conflict or a problem, his (her) understanding, and behavior in the conflict supported by emotions, that is, it is about a psychological problem. N. Pezeshkian considers manifestations and consequences of the conflict (problem), and works with problems of «everyday life». N. Pezeshkian designates spheres of problems and the conflicts: the personal sphere, the sphere of interaction, the sphere of realization of life purposes. The problems in the social relations caused by discrepancy to system of the values accepted at present in this society are considered first. Problems of the social relations turn into a psychological problem for each of the parties of interaction. Moreover personal problems and problems in the sphere of realization of the purposes of life coordinate with time factor. N. Pezeshkian distinguishes between internal and external causes of the problems and conflicts. The internal causes of conflict and the problems lay in originality of actual abilities as well as his inconsistency ideal image and the ideal behaviors. N. Pezeshkian points to two forms of thinking in conflicts and problems — verbally — logic and figurative. Problems in the interaction affect each of the partners. In some cases, the problem may be own behavior which does not comply with generally accepted standards. For each crisis the problemwill be different. The results extend the understanding of the psychological problems as a scientific category and can be used by practical psychologists working with clients.
