Роль пола, внешности и сходства в проявлениях перцептивного эффекта контраста

Исследование посвящено изучению опосредующей роли контрольных переменных при восприятии Другого в условиях негативной пре-стимульной дистракции. Обнаруженный в результате такой дистракции эффект контраста, который проявляется в существенном улучшении отношения к целевому объекту, подвергается анализу при разном уровне оценок его внешности и сходства с ним. Изучается также половая специфика проявления данного эффекта. В исследовании принял участие 541 студент, в том числе 417 девушек (77 %) и 124 юноши (23 %) в возрасте от 17 до 35 лет (М = 20,11 ± 1,33). Обнаружено, что факторы внешней привлекательности и сходства с объектом опосредуют эффекты контраста при восприятии амбивалентной (но не валентной) личности. Выявлена специфика опосредующей роли этих факторов при оценках целевого объекта по трем диспозиционным чертам: сознательности, экстраверсии и нейротизму. Как выяснилось, юноши демонстрируют устойчивое отношение к амбивалентной девушке независимо от негативного пре-стимульного воздействия, в то время как девушки при восприятии амбивалентного объекта женского пола проявляют высокую подверженность негативной пре-стимульной дистракции. Полученные результаты уточняют и ограничивают круг эффектов негативного пре-стимула в процессе социальной перцепции. Данные закономерности позволяют повысить точность прогноза перцептивных эффектов с учетом исходных установок субъекта восприятия.Библиографические ссылки
