In this paper we have undertaken the examination of the development of Fuko's views on the problem of mental deceases, as well as thorough explanation to the appropriateness of transition in criticizing psychiatry and then poststructuralism, and analysis of the Fuko's critical approach to the existential-phenomenological psychiatry, psychoanalysis and other schools which undermines the traditions of western metaphysics. And all that made it natural to the appearance of the poststructuralism.References
