Abstract

This article is about D. Pink’s theory of «a free agent» as a new type of worker in contemporary American society. This theory is interesting as an unusual interpretation of employment in the contemporary society. It shows us transformations of workers and their identity. D. Pink’s theory is very important for understanding of contemporary processes of transformations of subject of labor.
