Abstract

A short overview of abstracts and discussions during the 8th international conference of the Russian Association for Research in Women’s History held in Stary Oskol (Belgorodprovince) in October 2015 presents a varied tapestry of ideas and estimations, relating specific national cultures and innovative interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches to the study of gender systems in past and present.
