Режимная динамика постсоветских государств Центральной Азии и Кавказа

Аннотация


В статье предложена типология политических режимов, позволяющая зафиксировать все точки режимных переходов постсоветских стран, и проведено измерение режимной динамики восьми постсоветских государств Центральной Азии и Кавказа. Анализ постсоветских политических трансформаций по- зволил выявить наличие устойчивости двух основных режимных форм (неопатримониального авторитаризма и неопатримониальной полиархии), кото- рые являются для анализируемых случаев модальными. Эти политические режимы свойственны разным группам стран, но при своей консолидации они одинаково демонстрируют устойчивость и долговременность
