The essence of the current transformation of the world order from the point of view of the neural network theory of the noosphere

The modern world, its development and arrangement is a complex planetary phenomenon and process. It is clearly not enough to consider them within the framework of only natural sciences or social sciences and humanities. The complexity of the world implies a different integral way of understanding and mastering it. J.'s concepts can help us in this. Lovelock and V.I. Vernadsky, who remove the marked disconnection. We propose to consider the emerging global information and communication environment as a noospheric reality, which is an entity with a dual nature. Moreover, in this reality, transpersonal structures are objectively formed. The neural network approach and modeling we use allow us to explain a number of phenomena and their evolution, such as the geopolitical arrangement of the world (the new world order), the state, the socio-cultural code of civilization or the Spirit of the people.References
