CONCEPT ‘TEA’ IN RUSSIAN LITERATURE AT THE END OF XVIII-BEGINNING OF XIX CENTURIES

Abstract

The research of artistic concept «tea» in Russian literature at the turn of XVII–XIX centuries has been presented in the article. Key representations of this concept in the wellknown native writers’ texts have been revealed. The relation of N.M.Karamzin, V.T.Berezhnoy and other writers’ works with the tradition of the Russian literary teadrinking has been determined. The role of these works in forming literary concept “tea” in the Russian literature has been studied.
