BOOK AS A PART OF THE CROSSMEDIA POPULAR SCIENCE PROJECT: MODERN REPRINTING "ROAD NOTES ON THE WAY FROM TAMBOV PROVINCE TO SIBERIA" BY P.I. MELNIKOV-PECHERSKY

Abstract

The article devoted to a new format of publishing associated with the implementation of cross-media scientific and educational project on literary mapping of local history journalism. The first reprinting of the journal publication "Road notes on the way from Tambov province to Siberia" by P.I. Melnikov-Pechersky (Otechestvennye Zapiski, 18391842, Moskvityanin, 1841) is considered as one of the platforms of the large electronic project of the Laboratory of cultural heritage policy of Perm State University. The book becomes part of the project activity, which reflects the current trends of modern book publishing, which is increasingly integrated into the process of creating transmedia stories, or universes.
