Abstract

A technique for vulcanization of nitrile butadiene rubber with low-molecular-weight phenol-formaldehyde resins of random structure has been developed. The correctness of the technique was confirmed by 13С NMR data, si- multaneous thermal analysis and differential scanning calorimetry and thermomechanical analysis of the obtained sam- ples and initial components. It is shown that the obtained samples have higher physical and mechanical characteristics in comparison with the original rubber.
