Magnetic materials based on nickel ferrite are promising materials for use as components of hyperthermia, targeted drug delivery, and photocatalysis. In this work, NiFe2O4/Fe2O3и NiFe2O4/Fe2O3/Au nanocomposites were prepared by co-precipitation of iron (II) and nickel (II) ions followed by direct reduction of gold nanoparticles on the surface of nickel ferrite and iron (III) oxide using the amino acid methionine. The composition of the obtained hybrid materials was confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis. The influence of the method of obtaining NiFe2O4/Fe2O3 nanocomposites on the particle size of nickel ferrite and iron oxide was established. Photocatalytic activity of the obtained nanocomposites was investigated on the example of the reaction of photodegradation of organic dye crystal violet. The influence of gold nanoparticles on the sorption and photocatalytic properties of NiFe2O4/Fe2O3/Auwas demonstrated.Downloads
