First record of Psilochorus simoni (Berland, 1911) (Araneae: Pholcidae) in the Urals

The species Psilochorus simoni (Berland, 1911) and the genus Psilochorus Simon, 1893 were first discovered in the Urals. The record was made in an apartment building (Perm). Photographs of the spider's appearance and morphological structures are provided, confirming the correct species identification.
