Power-sharing as an Instrument of Ethno-Political Conflicts Settlement

Ethno-political conflicts are one of the main features of the contemporary world. One of the most common instruments of ethno-political conflicts settlement is so called «power-sharing». The article focuses on the study of the factors that facilitate the establishment of «power-sharing». The study is based on the original database that includes all ethno-political conflicts at the end of XX – beginning of XXI centuries over the world.
