Abstract

The article deals with problems of demographical development in modern Russia by analyzing the state activities aimed at solving those problems. Special attention is paid to some inconsistencies in the way the state influences lives of families. The article defines some opportunities for state regulation of demographic behavior in a democratized society, proposing a number of measures and venues for improving current demographic policy in RussiaDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.17072/2218-1067-2015-2-177-188
