Abstract

The article is devoted to analysis of the "conservative" concepts of the state and society, the significance of which grows today in an increasingly crisis moments in the state. The article analyzes the key trends and threats programs unbalanced tightening of public administration in terms of socio - political instability. The main recommendations for the prevention of the establishment in terms of socio - political crisis in Russia's autocratic regime, are: the need to respect human rights and rule of law; unquestioning adherence to the principles of democracy, openness and transparency; the importance of the continued development of articulation and aggregation of interests of society; maintain a decent standard of living of the population of RussiaDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.17072/2218-1067-2015-2-128-138
