The article analyzes the foreign policy of Uzbekistan in relation to neighboring Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, as well as the position of Russia in Central Asia. Uzbek-Kyrgyz and Uzbek-Tajik conflicts are examined. The resources of Uzbekistan are characterized, based on which Tashkent activates foreign policy.
