Abstract

This article describes the history of the political process in the Vladimir region in 1989−2015. The author proposes his own version of the regional political process periodization, characterizes each of the stages, presents the main events and trends in the regional political process at each stage. The article examines special features of the “red” region, its regime and the model of the political system organization. The researcher concludes that in the Vladimir region there was a monodominant regime of the governor-member of the CPRF, which completely exhausted itself in 2003−2013 and was followed by establishing the monodominant regime of the governor-member of the party United Russia DOI: 10.17072/2218-1067-2016-1-107-126
