Interactions between Public Advisory Boards and Executives in Contemporary Russia

In the article the author analyzes the estimates present in modern political science concerning interaction between executives and civil society through the institute of public advisory boards. The opinion of expert community is considered as a factor of evolution of the standard and legal base at the federal and regional levels in terms of powers, functions, procedure of staff formation for public advisory boards.
