The state’s “fresh” approach to the youth policy in Russia in the mid-2010s

The article presents a cross-temporal analysis of the political course of the state towards youth in the 2000s. A comparison of the state understanding of the content, main priorities and mechanisms for implementing the state youth policy in the mid-2000s and 2010s is made.
