Project management in public policy’s toolkit structure

Abstract

The article describes project management’s place and role in public policy’s toolkit. The starting point of the study was to find answer to the question about the essence of public policy, resulting the analysis of interpretation approaches of its nature. The article presents the author's definition of the public policy. Studying the public policy essence, public policy’s toolkit multilevelness and compoundness were concluded and the role of project management in its environment was identified DOI: 10.17072/2218-1067-2016-3-48-62
