Language adaptation policy for migrants in European ethnic authonomies

In order to preserve their national identity, many countries form a set of language requirements for immigrants. From the institutional perspective, these requirements are a part of the existing national language regime. It is safe to assume that ethnic autonomies within countries could set their own requirements for regional languages alongside with the central government.
