Abstract

Using the method of calculating the effective number of parties / candidates, the authors of the article analyze the level of competitiveness at local elections.The research is focused on industrial "small towns" of the Perm region: Lysva, Gubakha, Chusovoy, Solikamsk. The correlation between quantitative and qualitative indicators of the competition between candidates / parties at elections is shown.DOI: 10.17072/2218-1067-2016-4-19-43
