Call for Papers for a Special Issue (No. 3 2027) on "New and Old Political Actors"

The journal "Bulletin of Perm University. Political Science" together with the "Russian Political Science Association" invites submissions for a special issue (No. 3 2027) on the topic "New and Old Political Actors". We invite researchers to submit articles developing the key directions of the theme: Political parties and populism in the era of digitalization. Elites and leadership in the context of the mediatization of politics. The state and its role as an actor. Technology as a new "political actor". Actors of subnational politics: between decentralization and recentralization. The political agency of social movements in the context of identity politics.   The journal accepts original research articles, reviews, and book reviews in Russian or English that have not been previously published or submitted to other publications.
