Abstract

Service organizations need competent and psychologically trained, trained personnel capable of organizing service activities and providing timely, comfortable and safe customer service. Educational services using virtual technologies are of interest to HoReCa employers. Virtual reality is a powerful tool for creating thrills and interactive projections directly in a three-dimensional virtual space. The introduction of new modern technologies will enhance the result of training, and the staff will be ready to spend their time on this format of education.
