Аннотация

Работа посвящена анализу и систематизированному обобщению процесса разработки методов использования данных дистанционного зондирования Земли для предупреждения природных пожаров. Рассматриваются историческое развитие и содержательное разнообразие методов и выделяются основные этапы, отражающие особенности их разработки с учетом расширения источников и типов съемки, углубления знаний о предмете. Интерпретация возгорания включает в себя принципиально разные процессы наступления пожара и распространения огня. Вводятся понятия пожарной опасности, факторов опасности, анализируются способы их выбора и применения в методах. Определяются исходные данные методов – продукты космической съемки различного разрешения (Landsat, Sentinel, MODIS/Terra-Aqua, AVHRR/NOAA и др.), снимки БПЛА, лидарные данные, а также технологии их обработки. Изучение набора методов показало, что наиболее часто используются традиционные методы геоинформационного анализа, имитационное моделирование и нейронные сети. В результате, были описаны характерные методы и выявлены особенности их реализации. В ходе описания анализируются примеры методов оценки пожарной опасности на основе ГИС, моделей распространения возгораний, нейросетевых методов предупреждения возгораний и их применения для разного пространственного уровня – глобального, регионального и локального.
