  • Ethical conduct norms are established for authors, editors, peer reviewers, and the publisher.
  • The publisher (PSU) controls all stages of publication preparation and follows COPE recommendations.
  1. For Authors
  • Access to raw research data and their storage.
  • Originality: inadmissibility of plagiarism and self-plagiarism.
  • Validity of scientific research results.
  • Single publication (submitting to multiple journals is unethical).
  • Proper validation of sources in the reference list.
  • Listing all persons who made significant contributions (co-authors).
  • Disclosure of conflicts of interest and funding sources.
  • Immediate notification of errors in a published article.

  • Publication decisions based on scientific value and peer review.
  • Equality of all authors (no discrimination).
  • Confidentiality: no disclosure of manuscript information to third parties.
  • Disclosure of conflicts of interest on the part of editors.
  • Handling of ethical complaints.
  • Prohibition of forcing authors to cite PSU publications.

  • Expert assessment facilitates editorial decisions.
  • Sufficient qualifications to assess the manuscript.
  • Adherence to review deadlines.
  • Confidentiality: the manuscript is a confidential document.
  • Objectivity: assessment based on scientific content, no personal criticism.
  • Identifying relevant works not cited by the author.
  • Disclosure of conflicts of interest; no use of unpublished manuscript materials.
