LITERARY LILAC: TO THE SPECIFICITY OF THE ESTATE TOPOS IN POETRY AND PROSE OF THE RUSSIAN ÉMIGRÉ LITERATURE

Abstract

The article examines one of the elements of the estate topos – lilac – in the Russia émigré literature of the first wave. Based on the works of N. Fedorova, A. Parkau, O. Skopichenko, it is shown that the image of lilac is characterized by literary centricity.The work analyzes allusions to the work of I.S. Turgeneva, I.A. Goncharov, A.P. Chekhov in Nina Fedorova’s novel “The Family”. The article shows that the estate topos is removed to the ideal field of the past, the basic principles of its poetics and the role of the image of lilac in its formation are analyzed.
