License Agreement

The publication of the Article in the Journal is carried out under the terms of the license Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).

Along with sending the manuscript to the author (co-authors), it is necessary to send a scanned copy (PDF format) of the License Agreement signed by all authors.

When making a contract, you must adhere to the following rules:

• date and number of the agreement are not put down (numbering and registration of the agreement is carried out by the editorial office of the Journal);
• use of abbreviations of words is not allowed;
• signatures of the author (co-authors) must be written by hand. Inserting a scan of the signature is not allowed.

The scanned document must be uploaded in the online editorial system when submitting the manuscript, in the "Upload material" tab. The title of the document should include: the surname of the first author in Latin letters; type of sent material - LA (license agreement): For example: "Ivanov-LA.pdf"

If the manuscript is accepted for publication, the Editorial Board will send a request to the author (co-authors) to send 2 original (paper) copies of the license agreement by mail.
