Abstract

Nonlinear regimes of electroconvection in a horizontal capacitor of the nonisotermal poorly conductive liquid in a steady electric field have been studied. Electroconvection is given rise by unipolar injection of charge from a cathode. Different heatings from below are considered. Hysteresis transitions between two regimes of electroconvection are investigated
