Abstract

In the work, the physicomechanical properties of polyurethane materials with different composition formulations made using mortar and injection technologies are experimentally investigated. Several series of uniaxial mechanical tests of polyurethane samples were carried out, in which various deformation algorithms were used. The tests performed were both standard (up to the rupture of samples and with increasing amplitude), and unique (tests with nested cycles). Qualitatively analyzed data obtained during the experiments. It is shown that polyurethanes made using mortar technology are more flexible, less rigid, soften more strongly than samples made using injection technology. The elastic properties of the considered materials are modeled using the introduced elastic potential, which is a generalization of theGentelastic potential. As a result, theoretical curves of equilibrium (quasistatic) deformation of polyurethane materials are constructed. The data obtained as a result of mechanical tests are compared with theoretical calculations. The expediency of modeling the elastic behavior of polyurethane materials by generalizing theGentpotential is established.
