The geographical aspects and peculiarities of the organization of a new kind of tourist activity — bicycle excursions are studied. Advantages of this kind of activity are the following: it improves the ecological situation, revitalizes the population, allows you to inspect a large number of objects in a short time and to reach places hard to reach by means of vehicles. Also has a high degree of interest for excursionists and promotes the formation of a team for the tour, which has recently become the most popular for any work collectives. The main categories of bike excursion organization are to study the following points: 1. The route of the bike excursion and its distinctive features. 2. Requirements for staff conducting excursions. 3. Technical equipment and general safety of the group on the route.References
