The article is devoted to the geography of tourism of the Greek island of Thassos in the Aegean. The authors describe the territorial organization of tourism on the island, consider the history of the formation of tourism. Special attention is paid to the types of tourism: beach, rural, geotourism. The main destinations of the island are described. The article gives detailed analysis of beaches of the island. The authors counted the cars in the Parking lots near the beaches of the island to understand from which countries they go here to rest. The article reveals the prospects and problems of the tourism industry on the island.References
