POSSIBILITIES OF BIKE TOURISM IN THE TERRITORY OF NATURAL PARK «PERMSKIY»

Abstract

In 2018, the first nature park «Permskiy» was created on the territory of the Perm region. It is located in the valleys of 3 rivers, the most picturesque and popular among tourists for organizing rafting. There are 4 types of active tourism developed in the park: water, pedestrian, speleo and ski. To increase the tourist flow, it is necessary to develop other types of tourism in order to interest new categories of tourists. Cycling tourism can be such a type of active tourism, for the implementation of which there are some resources on the territory of the park that can be increased by organizing trails and bicycle paths. As a result, 3 bicycle routes can be distinguished in the Vishersky section of the park, and 2 in the Chusovsky and Usvensky sections. Routes according to the construction scheme can be of all kinds - linear, circular and radial. In duration, all routes will be one-day, with a length of 30 to 50 km. This activity can create an additional tourist flow from the regional center and other large cities, since a sufficiently large number of residents of the region are engaged in cycling, and at the same time, there is a clear lack of equipped bicycle routes in the region.
