ON THE ISSUE OF USE THE EUROPEAN AND RUSSIAN EXPERIENCE FOR THE PROCESS OF CREATION OF AN INDUSTRIAl AND TRANSPORT MUSEUMON THE TERRITORY OF SHPAGIN’S WORKS IN PERM CITY.

Abstract

It has received careful attention to the preservation and the applications of the industrial heritage as an essential and very important element of city space attractive for local people and tourists. The authors say there are three stages in the change of an attitude to the industrial heritage. The last stage is continuing in the modern time. This stage consists of the best achievements of the preceding times as well as modern approaches and suggests its own innovative methods as follows: the interaction in museum’s space, the preservation of working processes of the unique production facilities and transport in historical environment, the balance on one territory between modern elements and different times’ industrial heritage in operative conditions. The most outstanding examples of protection of heritage are located in Check Republic, Norway, Finland and Germany. The authors invoke to use the experience of these countries in the designing of the industrial and transport museum on the territory of Shpagin’s works.
