CULINARY FESTIVAL «PRIKAMSKAYA CUISINE»: HISTORY, PROBLEMS, PROSPECTS

The article considers gastronomic tourism as a promising direction of domestic tourism. The author connects the development of gastronomic tourism in the Perm Territory with the development of the festival «Prikamskaya Cuisine». This event has been held for more than 20 years. It is valued among professionals and has a social (career guidance) value. The development of the «Prikamskaya Cuisine» brand may later be associated with the choice of a traditional dish that can be prepared, sold, tasted, created together with the guests of the festival. The transformation of the festival to the “street food” format will attract the attention of local residents and tourists and also will create a new tourist event in the Perm region.References
