THE UNTSUKUL NATIONAL ARTISTIC TRADE – IS AN ETHNOGRAPHIC TOURIST RESOURCE OF DAGESTAN

Abstract

In the article we considered one of the types of arts and crafts of Dagestan, made an archeologi-cal analysis and revealed the tourist potential for ethnographic tourism development. The arts and crafts of Dagestan play the main role in development of the ethnographic tourism in the region. There are museums with rich collection of arts and crafts. Many fabrics of national artistic trades work in the Republic of Dagestan, for example, the fabric of national artistic trade in Untsukul. The untsukul ornamental hatching has not a long history, but is very famous in the world.The wood carving has a long history, combines ancient traditions and development of technique.
