Abstract

Perm region has enough natural conditions for the development of extreme tourism. In modern times, 16 types of extreme tourism are distinguished on its territory: paragliding, parachuting, rock climbing, ice climbing, mountaineering, skiing, snowboarding, snowkiting, ropejumping, diving, freediving, speleodiving, downhill, cross-country, kitesurfing, caving. All identified types can be divided into three groups according to the degree of development and the need for centralized develop ment: 1. Types of tourism that need to be developed due to the existing high-quality natural conditions and the presence of enthusiasts. 2. Types of tourism that does not make sense to develop in this region centrally, due to the lack of natural and climatic conditions. 3. Types of extreme tourism are well developed and do not require additional centralized development.
