Abstract

The article considers innovative activity in the hospitality enterprises under conditions of crisis caused by the new coronavirus infection COVID-19. External environmental factors have had astrong impact on the tourism industry enterprises, since at the same time digital technologies began to be actively introduced. Accordingly, management of the hospitality enterprises whenimplementing crisis prevention instruments should use innovative technologies, which haveparticular influence on competitiveness.
