EXPERIENCE OF ORGANIZING AND CONDUCTING FIELD TRAINING PRACTICES ON SERVICE IN TOURISM: PREPARATION STAGE

Initially, the practice program was almost identical for different specialties, but over time, differentiation of the goals and objectives of practice for various specialties naturally formed. At the same time, in most field trips within the framework of educational practice, a number of factors are clearly expressed that make it difficult to achieve its goal and fulfill tasks. These factors have been identified. Qualitatively, they are practically unchanged over time (manifested in all field events with first-year students) and practically do not depend on the characteristics of the educational specialty, goals and objectives of field practice. The most problematic, apparently, should be considered the following factors: insufficient motivation of students to master the LSM within the specialty; students’ lack of long-term communication skills without the help of network technologies; partial or complete substitution in the minds of a significant part of students of real actions, relationships and their correction by pseudo-reflection. In addition, in the process of implementing field training practices, certain organizational and tactical approaches to their provision and conduct were formed.References
