Abstract

The role of mineralogical investigations as a part of prognosis-research complex on placer diamonds in the Urals is concluded in the use of their results for decision of the next problems: 1) the use of mineralogical control of placer diamondiferous; 2) appreciation of the negative influence of local rocks; 3) making the decision on the question concerning the choice of objects for prospecting works.
