Formal and Informal Practices of Ethics in Civil Service in Perm Region

The article is devoted to the study of formal and informal practices of regulating and observing the rules of the official conduct by persons who hold public offices in the Perm region and by state civil officers of the "leaders" category in the top group of posts of the Perm region.
