CROSS-REGIONAL ANALYSIS OF FAMILY VALUES AMONG STUDENT YOUTH IN THE REGIONS OF THE SIBERIAN FEDERAL DISTRICT

In Russia, the formation of family values among modern youth has become a strategically important issue in recent years. The State announced 2024 as the Year of the Family. It was a message to re-evaluate "family values" and teach young people that family and personal success go together. The purpose of the article is to conduct a cross-regional analysis of family values in the views of student youth using the example of the regions of the Siberian Federal District. Family traditions as a fundamental value basis affect political sentiments and socialization. The results show that regardless of the region of residence and the place of study, the value of the family is just as important as career and material wealth among the life values of young people, and together they provide a stable foundation for the potential readiness of the younger generation to start a family. Research has shown that the factor of higher education does not have a significant impact on the system of family values of the younger generation and is not always decisive in determining a person's success. In the vast majority of cases, the influence of social networks has a negative impact on family relationships.References
